Nutreco won a 2024 Gold Globee award for “Achievement in employee involvement and empowerment.” This award recognizes their successful Operational Excellence training and the improvements made by employees.
The training included real-life examples and plant visits to apply improvement tools. Sessions were held in over a dozen countries and involved cross-functional teams from Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance.
Carl Schubert, Global Operational Excellence Director, praised the globally steered program and local team execution. Sam Pugh, Global Operational Excellence Leader, thanked the teams for their efforts and enthusiasm, which have enhanced Nutreco’s efficiency and growth.
