SHV CEO Jeroen Drost has decided to retire from the Executive Board of Directors (EBD) after the Shareholders meeting in April 2024. Jeroen will be succeeded by Floris de Ryck, who has been an EBD member for the past 8 years and has worked for Makro and SHV Energy before that.
We thank Jeroen for his leadership over the last 8 years and leaving SHV well prepared for the future and we wish Floris success in his new role.
Eelco Hoekstra has announced that he will step down as EBD member as of January 1, 2024. He will remain advisor to the EBD and SBD.
