POSITION
Global IT is looking for a Secretary at the SHV Head Office. You will support the Corporate IT Director and his team which currently consists of eight professionals, who each have their own focus area’s.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Secretary, you are the linchpin of the Corporate IT department at SHV Holdings. You will serve as an ambassador and as the main point of contact within the department. You have a passion for the secretarial profession and excel both as a team player and independently. Proactivity, collaboration, and a service-oriented mindset are essential qualities. You are adept at maintaining an overview without losing sight of details. You are flexible and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances without losing sight of priorities. You perform exceptionally well in a hectic environment where creativity and supportive abilities are highly valued.
THE (SECRETARIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL) SUPPORT INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO
* Independently and proactively managing the calendar and inbox.
* Coordinating and preparing appointments.
* Handling mail and telephone calls.
* Preparing meeting documents.
* Organizing meetings and conferences.
* Organizing departmental meetings.
* Organizing and preparing (international) travel.
KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS
* Experience: at least 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Socially skilled at all levels and strong communication skills.
* Representative and a positive attitude.
