As a Reward Manager, you will be a pivotal member of Nutreco’s Global HR team within the Centre of Expertise Reward & Global Mobility. Your primary role will be to act as a strategic partner and authority on reward matters, collaborating closely with business leaders, HR directors, and HRBPs across Nutreco entities globally.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a global organization, bridging the gap between global policies & processes, and business needs. You will partner with the HR Technology team in the annual performance management cycle and the merit & bonus process. Reporting to the Head of Reward & Global Mobility, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reward strategies.
About The Role
Responsibilities:

Independently lead and organize the global annual performance management cycle and the global annual merit & bonus process, including initiating, managing and executing processes around salary increase budgets, benchmarking, and salary ranges.

Organize and oversee LTI reporting and communication to LTI participants and the Management Board. Build and maintain the connection with Finance on LTI accruals.

Involvement in (cross border) executive packages, pay equity initiatives, grading discussions and ad-hoc queries
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Economics or other equivalent.
-
10+ years of professional working experience in compensation and benefits with a strong proven record of designing and implementing successful global compensation and benefit programs in a global environment.

Proven knowledge of Global Remuneration regulations and reporting requirements. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage conflicting interests between reward policies, business parameters, and market circumstances.

Demonstrated capability to influence HRBPs and business leaders, driving transformation and change.

The ability to interpret the financial and non-financial KPIs and the relevance to our business.

Trusted and experienced manager with strong analytical, project management and organizing skills.
Expectation from Role:

Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs globally on reward matters; from addressing high inflation, to reviewing and designing Sales Incentives, to bringing consistency in bonus schemes.

You will also lead and organize global processes related to performance management and merit & bonus.

You are a team player with strong leadership skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with HR and Business Leaders. You’re excellent with managing multiple global projects with competing priorities and various stakeholders (Finance, Sr Management, HR) and you have a proven track record in driving the global reward agenda. You’re result oriented with a focus on continuous improvement, while you're able to connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
